I know there is a thread about this already but it doesn't exactly give as much information.

I thought i was friends with cca, guess not. But badspot needs to get on this quick. Im not sure if the keys are real or if he just made stuff up and gave it away because i haven't tried one out to see. If your name or id is on there you should contact badspot. Except for betel, because he is a loving sweaty cunt.

They presumably gave them to him for whatever reason. Apparently he had a hosting service at some point. Frankly, I'd like to say that whatever happens to them is their own fault for trusting a moron like him, but that's not really fair of me since he was apparently a decent person at some point.

I asked kong when he went on a server, and he just gave me his key (and everyone else on the server) and left
not a good sign

The keys he is giving out are previously revoked keys. My only id is 2229 and my 30016 key hasn't worked in like a half a year.
