Opening speedkart gamemode in console on dedi server

How do I change the gamemode to speedkart in console on a dedicated server

Just join the server and do it manually from the Admin Menu

For future refrence, you can go to server, admin menu > Game Mode and select any game-mode and add-on and it simply restarts the server
