That's like asking if I would rather have a fake chinese ipad or a real one, they look the same but they are really different.
A "perfect" fake picture for this example looks exactly like the original and can not be differentiated in anyway. Note the difference between "perfect fake" and "shoddy ripoff".
The idea here is weather or not the women's claims that "they're really just good fakes guys" would matter, even if they were true.
