I mean this kid wanted for someone to get hurt, he called the SWAT team which would of killed someone.
He said on the phone that he killed someone so the cops responded thinking there was a murderer on the loose. They where ready to shoot to kill.

This is absolute bullstuff, what the kid did (assuming it is real) is completely unacceptable, illegal, and puts other people's lives in danger; and by every mean should prosecution take place. HOWEVER, with that being said -- I, and many others will tell you that 25 years for this (especially for a 15 year old) is outrageous and inappropriate.
