Question about screen recorders

Hey guys, I have a question for all you loving dinguses
So im thinking of starting a youtube channel with monetized youtube videos (make money off of content) and i want to get the personal license of action! screen recorder, but apparently i can not make money off of the videos i recorded with that and i would have to use the commercial license. The thing is, do they actually have any way of checking what license you use? I dont want to spend more than i should.

In my opinion action is better. It hardly effects your FPS, you can select the area you want to record, or just choose full desktop, (not sure if you can do that in fraps) you can add a facecam to it and choose topright, topleft, bottomright, etc. It records in surprisingly high quality, it's cheaper, you can livestream directly from it, and upload to youtube directly from it (although you can probably do that with fraps)

I would get the commercial version. But if you want something free, go for OBS.

ok, i just prefer the layout of this but like i said my question is would they be able to find out what i use in my videos? i think i should just go for personal, honestly.

but which recorder you use will affect how the license works
if you use something completely free and open source (OBS) you don't have to worry about this
Just because something costs money doesn't mean it's better, don't fall into that trap

js, after using obs and fraps, I checked out action and just bought it. it's actually way better than both lol
just get home license. the other one ($50) is for if you plan on making money from it

my files take up less space than fraps, fraps dropped my fps drastically while action doesn't, obs' quality is not nearly as good and also dropped my fps more

i can play diablo with about 50 fps in action, fraps/obs actually drop it to like 20

action in general has a more 'adaptable' interface that anyone can use
but my question, can you guys please answer it?
i plan on making money by using the home plan but they say im not allowed to. but even if i do make money off of it, do they actually have a way of telling which license i use based on seeing my youtube videos?
