The heck is this? -Tezuni's Prison Escape

I was spectating around the map and suddenly found this in the sniper towers, and in the water tower.
I was wondering if there is a reason for this, or just an easteregg.
Also, I found these 2 other things. A duck room and an elevator
Anybody know the meaning in any of this?

That got removed.

The elevator is also accessible by any players if they can find out how to get in.

Yes, I know that there is a way to get in the elevator. But it currently leads to nowhere. The door on the "2nd" floor is blocked off.
