Author Topic: Welp, I'm going into 8th grade...  (Read 1884 times)

Alright. First day of 8th grade at my gangsta hispanic-ridden middle school. Wish me luck. I desperately hope that none of the stuffheads from 7th grade are getting into my class.

I'll provide you all with a (hue) after school special when I get back.

Hopefully you get a happy ending on your first day.

Posts like these remind me of how young I was when I joined the forum and how long Ive been here :(

Good luck on your first day though! Enjoy, I hated Middle School but hopefully your experience is better than mine

Hey I started 8th grade too on the 1st
Wish you luck mate

Nice. My first day in Year 10 tomorrow.

(I think that's 9th Grade in America, but I'm not too sure.)

Not gonna lie, year 9 (grade 8 I think) was one of my worst years. Hopefully your school won't be as bad as mine.

8th was the best why does everyone hate it

Trust me enjoy this year while you can before you get into highschool
Highschool's really not too bad but the early years were better.

Look forward to your senior year of high school.

By then, all the Mexicans your with now won't be in your class anymore ;)

They'll be too busy mowing lawns

Or in jail

So I'm back from the first day, and it went much better than I expected. Here is your after school special (hehe) as I promised, in periods. I no longer have homeroom in my school, by the way. I also go to Regents (ninth-grade level) Science and Algebra.

1st period: I accidentally walked into the wrong classroom. Said class had a bunch of said gangsta-mexicans and people who I generally resent, but my actual class (which was Regents Science) was the complete opposite.
2nd period: Technology class where we talked about the things.
3rd period: ELA class with a nondescript teacher. A idiot in my class got in trouble here.
4th period: I had to sit in the auditorium to choose an elective, but they didn't have enough time.
5th period: I had to sit through a lecture from the assistant principal of my floor because my schoolmates wouldn't shut the forget up. Then I had about 5 minutes to eat lunch.
6th period: My S.S. teacher is pretty neat. That's about it really.
7th period: See 6th period.
8th period: Regents Algebra, basically see 6th period.
