my new math teacher is treating us like handicaps

so about a week ago my old math teacher left unexpectedly and they had to hire a new teacher pretty quickly (within like 3 days) and, obviously, with that little time they made a really bad decision
this is tonights homework, im in an "Intro To College Algebra w/Trig" class:

we only have to do like 16 problems out of all this
my parents pay like 8k a year to go to this school for a decent education and im not being challenged academically at all, yet my old teacher was challenging me and all the other students every day
it really pisses me off that this will effect me in the long run and there isnt much i can do about it
she's also a bitch but thats another story

I'm a junior, in a lower math than alot of kids my age (alg 2), and I did most of this stuff in 9th grade fine. AND I SUCK AT MATH.
