this guy seems like he's not a very good friend

listen, here's what you do. next time he messes with you, give him a piece of your mind- don't harm him. then, do not talk to him for as long as possible until he gets the message. after he's apologized, try to level with him. if in this time he does not engage you after 2 weeks, he's not a real friend, and if he apologizes but does it again, he's not a real friend.
