The forums certainly does have a bad side, but it's overshone by it's users who are particularly commendable. I agree with your list it's entirety.

Well, there are a few users here and there. Especially the ones that just don't get this forum's culture. You want to tell them that they're acting like an idiot, but you really don't have a specific example to call them out on and then you feel bad after you do it because they're so naive. And of course there's problem users... but this place would get a little boring without Night Fox stirring up stuffstorms over pointless arguments once in a while.
