     At the end of World War 1, the treaty of Versailles was seen by the Germans and certain Allied power leaders as putting excessive burden on the German people.      Then one day, Riddler decided to watch some national socialist research. He was quite the horny scumbag. Jews died on occasion, but he didn't care.
