Vaccinations are one of the most important priorities of global health today. We were literally talking about this in Global Health lecture the other day. We would be screwed without them.

What does he mean 'one big dose'? The active ingredients in a flu vaccine are like 22.5 micrograms and the rest is just saline or maybe another 22.5 micrograms of a preservative or adjuvant.
