About all people now days have access to the web, including Kids. Which can be good, yet mostly I think giving a child the tool to search anything on the web they want can mess up their Development and Influence.

With restriction and monitoring, I think it's fine.

No computers or Internet accessibility in bedrooms or bathrooms for example, otherwise with blockers or monitor apps on parent's phones.
