If you're motivated to do something else besides videogames, then good for you for quitting I guess. But the fact that you have to get yourself banned in order to spend your time more wisely means that you completely lack self control and basic discipline, and you'll probably just find another thing to waste time on.

I'm part of the camp of people who can balance both productivity and leisure in life.

I've stopped playing BL several times, but I've never decided to get myself banned just for that reason
