Your administration team is very abusive, many of your clients have noted this.
My suggestion is to clear your administrators list and reevaluate who you pick for the team.

The build you play on the server has been in use for many months, I would suggest you opt to build a new map, this is guaranteed to draw in more players.

Lastly, I would recommend browsing through your bans list, as many of the bans issued by either you or your administrators are done so without any proper reasoning/evidence. This will cripple your playerbase if this continues.
