Author Topic: Google remembers 9/11 with black ribbon  (Read 3903 times)

Okay but seriously you could have put an American flag there or at least make it more obvious that it's for 9/11

Of course I found it prior to 12 AM

aka "i'm dumb enough to not know what a black ribbon means:" the thread

It's actually a black ribbon to signify my birthday.

Because I'm totally black.

google uses ribbons for more somber days and events.

a google doodle about 9/11 would be really inappropriate.

google doodle of some happy fellas flying a plane into the L while the remaining letters look on in horror, the G is a pentagon and has a crashed plane nearby

They could make a somber doodle?

that's one of the evilest (and most hilarious) things i can imagine

i never really wanted a doodle for 9/11, just was slightly confused when i made the topic

i can't really see the phrase "Google Doodle" applied to something somber

"blacks did 9/11"
-google

Like "Google" with some white roses or something
