The drones wouldn't fly using hydrogen unless you had either really heavy batteries onboard the drones that would have to recharge, or energy transferred via high energy lasers bouncing around through satellites in a model similar to what Erinaum did with Project Flashlight in another RP.

they introduce little-hive minded quad-winged drones that do what the blimp drone says. this partially increases the size of the blimp drone, however.

joking. helium is made by slamming two deuterium atoms together. oh wait, nuclear fusion.
you would get an explosion.

you can also let heavy radioactive elements decay, but again, not efficient. speaking of which, making or at the very least getting helium would be very difficult as it would be inconvenient and for the most part non-automatic to gather helium. considering that helium on earth is very rare in actual nature, you wouldn't be able to do much with it in this example. hyrdrogen is much more convienient to get because water.

Atenisia launches its second communications satellite that is inherently supposed to be used to efficiently direct Subnet signals toward the Sol system. It also does regular GPS, interwebs, and cellular services.

Green energy is constantly being worked on off the bat -- it is planned for 40% of Atenisia's energy to come from solar, wind, thermal, and hydro power. The other would comes from natural gas, a tad bit of petrol, and nuclear facilities.

Amazing architecture represents the cities of Atenisia, as well. Most skyscraper windows hold solar cells.
