I'd have to agree on Bethesda.  I mean really, it's a first-person fantasy adventure.  It'd be a perfect fit.

On the other hand, I'd say Big Huge Games if they were still alive.  The combat in Amalur was awesome and I'd love to see something like that adapted into first-person.  Plus, Grant Kirkhope would probably still be working there, so we could get a sweet soundtrack by him.
