I accidently deleted some of Blockland's default files/Slayer's files

I installed far too many add-ons, so I decided I should clear out my Add-ons folder. Unfortunately, this meant that I deleted some of Blockland's default faces, weapons, items and vehicles by accident. This also damaged the Slayer gamemode up to the point where it just won't work anymore. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem without completely uninstalling Blockland?

Just download the demo from blockland.us and copy the add-ons from there

You really should start enforcing this with a rule for the help section.

I've lost count of how many people have not posted their solutions in this topic, it's really annoying when their information could help other uses but isn't shared


Also, uninstalling and reinstalling Blockland isn't a hard process. What is stopping you from doing this, then reinstalling Slayer?

It sounds like he just deleted the default add-ons and Slayer wouldn't start because it required those.

The solution was just to re-install the default add-ons.

I use Steam to play Blockland, so I went into Steam's folder, SteamApps, common, Blockland. I then deleted the Add-ons folder (the one with the missing files).

Then I:
Open Steam -> View games list -> Right-click Blockland -> Properties -> go to "Local Game Files" tab -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
