This reminds me of the first time I ever saw people clap at the end of a movie in a theater. I was like 'what the forget? Who are they applauding? It's a loving screen and a projector..'

This reminds me of the first time I ever saw people clap at the end of a movie in a theater. I was like 'what the forget? Who are they applauding? It's a loving screen and a projector..'
Only ever time I saw this was at the end of Star Wars Episode 3.
Also the only visit to the cinema where they put an intermission in it. Which wasn't necessary, and was just a way for the cinema to make extra money.

I have witnessed that before too. Very confusing.

I've never seen that happen

When I landed in LA like 3 people clapped and then realized that no one cared and stopped.
