Why I should accept you: In order for a  server to succeed, the players and the administrators have to be able to  enjoy their experience. Being honest, if a server does not meet that,  it will either die or its reputation ruined. I've had a long history in  helping servers meet this goal, it's no piece of cake. I was un-admined and demoted to moderator, asked for my mod to be removed. People were complaining about me being de-admined, he re-admined me. I said that i did not wish to be a part of the admin team because this server is obviously not looking for my style of administrating, he persuaded me to stay. A few posts down he declared how the admin list was wiped. I made this just to point out the huge obstruction of truth that Rubber is using to grow his e-peen

I was demoted to moderator and asked for my moderator to be removed too. The guy i banned, the one who exploited the map went complaining. I defended my banning policy. People started complaining about me being de-admined. (Edit)Rubber declared how i was re-admined.(/Edit) I rejected the offer saying the server obviously isn't interested in my style of administration. He persuaded me to stay, saying how it's exactly what he is looking for. Hesitantly i said yes. A bit later he announced how the admin list has been cleared and renown admins have been put in place. 2 of them, visolator and xphifire being the main complainers. You were the main asskisser on that topic. You were backing up rubber saying how Dannu should have been de-admined, then when the tides turned, you changed your post to "nvm, dannu is cool" or something like that. Rubber already stopped defending his lost cause, so should you.
