From the looks of it it's some stupid stuffty script kiddy clan that hacks random sites for no reason.

They hacked Gooey Louie, which is the site for one of St. Louis's best Gooey Butter cake places.

A quick google search turns up more sites they've hacked, but don't click the links. Some have a virus in them.
