Downloads sounds, but doesnt hear them, why?

So in my server when ever someone downloads sounds, they still cant hear a majority of them, they can hear some of the custom sounds but not all, why?

If I remember, you have to restart blockland completely after spawning on a server with downloaded sounds/music.

really? i thought once you downloaded sounds it worked automatically, thank god nothings actually wrong, and sorry for souding mad, its just that, this topic has been up for 2 days, 56 views, 0 replies... thanks for teh halp
