Other players in my server can't see my player decals/listen to my custom music

So, when I make a server, doesn't matter if dedicated or not, nobody can hear my custom music. I have it turned on and I myself can hear it, but nobody else can. Same goes for any custom faces I have made or downloaded. Is this normal?

It's client-sided whether or not they download music/textures so it's their issue that they chose not to for whatever reason.

So if they download the song loop they can hear it? Because my friend downloaded one of my loops (Clint Eastwood by Gorillaz) and it doesn't work for him

For the music, tell everyone to turn on play music and download music in options if they haven't
For the decals, those only show if they have it too.
