it only allows people to exploit the news using their name.
or undercover agencies can easily claim to be an anon and blend in to dig around while accepted by everyone there who also wants to wear a gay guy fawkes mask. its not like you are asking who they are.
or as we have seen, hackers everywhere just claim to be anon, because its easy and believable to put all blame on the chans and those friends.
now we have companies that can make money, getting away with so much because everyone just accepts that its anon. no one cares if there is proof of that fraud. they already got what they wanted.
