I personally use http://www.liquidvpn.com/ as my VPN. They don't have any Australian servers, so they're probably not a great option for you, but given how this legislation is going to work, you'll probably want to look for one out of the country anyways.

I really like LiquidVPN though because the OpenVPN client is really easy to use and works seamlessly. I can even host Blockland servers behind their VPN without any hassles.
