Author Topic: Why Has There Not Been Any Blockland Advertisement?  (Read 5989 times)

Why has there not been any (or much) Blockland advertisement? I mean, look at the population of Blockland.... It's gone down the drain to 300 players daily, while other games have evolved into a bigger stronger community. Blockland has the same audience, you can literally memorize most of the forum accounts by heart ( if they post a lot, that is...). There would probably be a sprout in gamemodes and servers if we would have at least x2 of the population increase, now imagine it reaching 1,000 players. That's a number to die for, so why do we put up with the amount of players we have as of 2014? The game has so much potential just so it can be lost under the top leading games (Roblox....[no joke 1, 000 players per gamemode, and 30 per subserver, also the developers keep updating with better updates monthly!]) Are we really gonna put up with Roblox being better than us, in development and in population? Yea, yea, the community is mostly immature, but we normally shape out the players if they post stupid, with stuff hate posts lol (the truth). Blockland could have evolved years ago, though we still have the same crap. There aren't any open arms for new comers, it's just a eh', get the dilemma.

There actually has been advertisement for Blockland in the form of ads next to YouTube videos. That's how I first found the game.

Also, didn't Badspot say that the number of players hasn't changed at all?

I've seen some on some not so popular websites and on the Roblox website ironically enough a long long time ago.

Because it is so much cooler. I haven't seen much promoting in a while. Roblox has so many advertisements on the web and (very rarely) online. I think a lot of people would play this game if they knew it existed, especially on the price drops.

advertising isn't free

...I found this game by an ad...

It could be due to the expenses of advertising. Badspot probably isn't getting enough money back from placing the ads in the first place.

As far as Badspot has said, he doesn't care if the game develops or not. But i have some thoughts about Badspots attitude that i won't get into, because theres nothing to back it up or support it in any way.

That's a bummer,  idk, these were my thoughts being posted. I found Blockland because I saw the youtube video Block Wars (when it was pop. then), but I haven't seen much of those videos lately :/

eh? When did he say that?
