camera glitch with tank

so me and a friend were being idiots as always. my friend made a giant tank with events. then he told me that if you get in the tank and looked up it messes with your camera.

this is what I saw:


keep in mind there was no vignette active

The glitch is it took the last bricks I looked at and plastered them in my face in a circle
