I know this thread is 8 pages old, but I figured since nobody else has caught on, I'd say for the benefit of anyone who still cares to read that this update is a hoax. There exists a tumblr account called mspaprophet, known for predicting updates to the comic a few hours ahead of time. The image there was the work of mpsaprophet, an impersonator of the aforementioned person, notorious for being a compulsive liar. The kickstarter only has 15 updates. This 16th one does not exist.
