It depends. Google ads are tailored to you based on your search history, and individual ads are sometimes tailored to you based on your browsing history on that site.

For example, ads from Amazon will frequently show you products that you recently viewed but did not purchase. Someone who googles voice advice a lot is more likely to see advertisements for sites like takelessons.com
