Safe-for-Game ammunition for pellet guns?

is there such thing as ammunition for pellet guns (not airsoft guns, pellet guns) that i could use in an airsoft war? like really soft bbs or something? maybe plastic pellets?

im not scared for myself, i dont want to hurt anyone.

i know getting hit by a high FPS gun only hurts for a little bit and is totally worth it most of the time, but im going to an airsoft war with my friend and his youth group. normally i would just tell my friends to suck it up (and they would do the same to me), but i dont know most of these people

they can break skin if you hit someone just right but it's just a regular airsoft gun; it's not gonna penetrate.

you could probably /make/ them if you were willing but i doubt these exist

why not just use airsoft guns? using a pellet gun will get you shot by a cop and if its in an airsoft cqb or outdoor field they wont allow it. also, since pellet guns are gas, if it did shoot one it would hurt p bad if not shattering the plastic pellet
