Replace the "Face_Default" in your Blockland Add-ons directory with this and you should be fine:

If you're playing the steam version, you could have right clicked Blockland and selected properties, gone to Local Files, then verify integrity of game cache.
Or if you play it without, just starting up Blockland would have re-downloaded the files.
