People cant hear my edited .ogg files with Audacity

- I have downloaded mp3 files and edited it under 30 seconds with a program called Audacity (which I'm sure everyone knows about)

 - I have set the .ogg files to mono. I'm able to hear it on my server.

- But the problem is...   noone can hear it on my server      ._.

- If you can be so kindly to help me understand my mistake and help other players be able to hear it too  C:

I can go to a server, such as Boss Battles, and i can hear there music, and so can that other person.
But when i have my own music, they cant hear it

Make sure that they have Music downloads turned on.

and play music on

Same happens to me. Have them turn on "Download Music"

Also, I forgot to say, they can listen to other .ogg files that I downloaded from the forums
But not mine.
