Reviving Too Old Topic

I have an old add-ons dump, although it got to a point where the topic fell into obscurity. I would like to revive the topic, or at the least, be able to quote it. Help?

if you made the last post, and you edit that post with the quick edit thing, you can bump it

Also, if you just select the modify button on the OP, you will be able to pull all of the stuff from it.
