Is there a fast way to move addons to steam?

So I have a crap ton of add on and saves that I don't want to lose. I want to switch over to steam so I can get achieves and time. Is there any fast way to moves files over to the steam version?

Overwrite the steam version with a copy of the mydocuments one?
