There are always dumb users, the ID doesn't define who they are. I could buy a key and have a high ID, and it shouldn't change who I am. Sadly, people discriminate IDs when you shouldn't really do that. Someone with a 175k ID could be smart, it's pretty stupid how people judge others because of their ID.
