Donjon.bin.sh is a website with random name, demographic, and fractal world generators in separate categories. If you're getting into the popular community project Anagaea II, use this if you're so desperate and uncreative that you need a random generator to do stuff for you.

I believe the world map SWAT One used was generated using the Fractal World Generator on the website, but this hasn't been confirmed.

I'm sure it could be considered a game, yes...but this can still easily go into Off-Topic. All sorts of stuff passes into Off-Topic anyway. Gets lots of views, albeit from the stranger parts of the community.
