Im planning on playing Gmod, Sim City 4 Delux, Blockland, and Civilization V.

Not all at the same time obviously.


I cant afford more than $900 at all, I will be buying each part at different times so I dont loose all my money(In a duration of three months maybe), and Iv seen some great reviews for each product.
If you have ideas for hardware that costs less with a good performance please tell.

You should switch out the 8320 for a 6300 and get a better gpu (probably gtx 760 or at least 750 ti/270x)
Also you don't really need to put all that money into an expensive cooler, at this price point you might want to switch to the intel route with a i4130 which comes with a stock cooler.

Edit: Also do you REALLY need a blu-ray player? That's a highly unnecessary ~$65 extra.

Also you can get your copy of windows for $10-$15. Use a copy of Windows 8 (you can use 7 instead but 8 is faster) from /r/softwareswap, which is usually $10.
This can save you about $80. People at /r/softwareswap are a part of the Microsoft Developers Network and get free windows 8 keys. They sell them for about $10. In order to use it you simply have to install windows 8 on a USB flash drive and input the key you've bought when it asks for it. The people there are very nice and trustworthy and transactions are very fast through paypal.)
