I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was...

does everyone wanna be a game designer? There have been a lot of people saying that in this thread.

sheesh

Well I want to be an all-around programer, editor and anything tech related since it's a market that is just growing and growing, especially on my country which there is not much people on it yet and they're offering a good ammount of cash for professionals on that matter, I also want to develop my own games, I have a lot of ideas.

Or being a rally racing driver, I can dream right?

game design, while it might seem cool to be doing, can be loving BORING

There's often deadlines to deal with and a lot of people don't get all the testing and balancing and all that; they don't get how much work game designing really is and how often there is little payoff.

If you want to go into game design, you should go into computer science and work and a programming company that either directly does game design (which there aren't many large ones that aren't struggling) OR work at just some company that does programming and get a bunch of friends together and do it as a hobby. It's like art. You shouldn't go into it 100% unless money is no object for you because it's risky af.

for real though, I want to be a computer technician. I'm also planing to learn Cisco networking and maybe security+ so I might go into that for a career, not likely though. I'm only learning it because of the tons of college credits in it and its interesting

I don't fully know yet. I think something in the law field sounds interesting

Im looking into business. Marketing, advertising, and management, all sound neat imo.
