I'm thinking about building a GAMING PC with a budget of $1.5k
You can make changes to it if the total is under $1.5k and also don't change it so it can run blockland at 1 fps

The changes that I like will be edited in the OP

NZXT master race, got a phantom 410

if you don't want extra accessories to add (extra monitors, oculus rift, etc), i would get a gtx 980 with 4gb

i have a 780 too, really good.

If you have a 1.5k budget, you should just buy a 1/2TB slave hard drive and a solid state drive for whatever OS you are going to use and putting some games on it (SSD reads faster because it doesn't nead to turn a disc head). You will notice a difference if you use this system instead of piling everything onto the hard drive. You are going to have to reroute some things and make everything save to the TB drive instead of the SSD drive, but it'll work. There should be stuff on Google on how to do that.
I didn't see the SSD on the list, lol.

Everything looks good, but I really suggest making sure the case you're getting has good fans, and if it has a fan on the bottom, some pegs.
I personally like ThermalTake cases, because they look good and have an amazing fan system.

16Gb of memory isn't necessary. 8gb is more than enough.
Depending on what games you are playing, 780Ti is way more than you need. Its only necessary if you will be playing newer games, like far cry 3/4, battlefield, crysis 3, etc. and thats at max settings. You could save a few hundred and get a 780 or a 770.

If you are using more than 1 TB right now, then 2TB is the way to go, but with Western Digital. Heard Seagate has some issues. If you currently don't use close to 1tb, then there is no need for anything more than that, especially with a 240gb ssd.

i am in ultra support for the white h440 :D

make sure you get some lights though too

I suggest getting some red or black/UV lights since the mobo is red.
