Charter is throttling my internet.

Charter can go suck a big fat rooster. My plan with charter states that at minimum i get 60 Mbps. My current connection is around 1 Mbps.

Every since i got charter the speed tests kept coming back slower and slower. Ive talked to 3 people and each time they are unhelpful. Im literally being told to "Turn your modem off and on again"

How do i make charter stop throttling my connection.

Talk to them in person, trust me, things get done faster when you bitch at them face to face.  Talking to them really helps, they unbundled a special we had, so we started cancelling everything so they know we were pissed but we did it in person and we ended up walking out paying 211 a month with fees and taxes when we were paying close to 300 a month before then.  They as well included added Cinemax to our account and gave us a year of HBO and Shotime free even though we already had it before, and 4 HD DVR boxes free.

Check if your contract specifically says always 60 mbps.

If it says "may get blah" you might be able to not pay them accordingly.
