The old RTB download was taken off since BL 0002 is no longer supported, thus rendering RTB useless. RTB 2.0 is coming with the release of v9 around XMas.

RTB is controlled by Badspot's opinion of what Blockland should be. That's about it. Blockland 0002 was not what his opinion of what Blockland was, so they withdrew their download.

Basically: Yes, he wants RTB in the sense of 1.45 to die. No, he does not want RTB in the sense of 2.0 or the group itself to die.
