Followed the guide but when the main window pulls up windows thinks it crashed. Any way around this so windows will stop auto closing it?

Well it only ever crashes if you forgeted it, turn UAC off, it does nothing but forgets every thing.

You followed Ladios's guide through all the steps amirite?

You probably need to update your video card drivers.
Or try running in windowed mode; press Alt+Enter as soon as BL starts up.

well dont diss vista cause I got it too.... BL works fine for me..... must be you....handicap...
