I play a lot of Draven and Ezreal, so my playstyles are respectively go ham and get the dps out, or E away reflexively, then snipe

Arclight for sure. Dragonslayer is alright, but all in all it's just a blue vayne. Get Arclight for the effects and the more vibrant colors.
