Is it normal to get really nervous when people take a while to text back?

to be fair the internet in my new house is legitimately forgeted like jesus christ on wheels so i put little effort into answering her calls or requests to chill and i kept trolling her earlier with dank memes so really you should feel bad for her lol

It's even worse when you're on Facebook and it says "Seen at X" and you can't see them typing anything.

Depends on lots of stuff. Like how long is "a while" to text back? I really don't get nervous, I just assume they're busy.

Except with my girlfriend, she's always on her phone when we're driving or something, or watching a movie together, but she does take some time to text me back every now and again which makes me a little nervous, but I generally don't care. She's probably taking a nap, or with her dad somewhere.
