got any tips? i'm probably just going for a stocker/bagger but knowing some tips on interfacing with people in the workforce would be nice.

Aside from corporate policies that often made me feel like a money-grabbing starfish, I found technology sales to be quite an entertaining challenge. You arn't really expected to know more than the average computer user (the average computer user being surprisingly uninformed), and its a great way to learn confidence in appearance. Its also teaches you all the little tricks that sales people try to use on you and helps you be more resilient.
The job was draining my soul however, so now I just make games from home like some nerd. :D

I don't have the time, patience, mental capacity, or will to learn how to make video games professionally.

But I'm probably not going to be able to get a job like that; I'm still finishing highschool and my parents think that I need to start off at the bottom of the barrel doing things like bagging and stocking.
