Shouldn't it just push GIF ads then?

When I disabled flash on my netbook it'd send me GIF ads.

It's never done that for me. And even so, the GIF would either have to be really short or sized really tiny, because it takes about 5-10 seconds just to load an everage reaction GIF for me.
