How do I get different themes for Aero Glass and rainmeter?

Aero glass looks like this but i want it to look like this but keep the transparency -->
And i saw someone with a cool metro like rainmeter skin here:

where could i get it? (also the windows 10 icons)
I can't find them anywhere on google.
can anyone help out? (dont use that stupid loving "let me google that for you" because i already tried googling)

For the rainmeter theme, just pm the guy lol. though for the theme you can go look up one of the many "windows 8 for windows 7" themes that are out there.
