Jesus christ that CPU is sooooooo overkill. You could get another $50 off and pay for the case by downgrading the CPU.

Alright I've never done PCs this cheap so idk anything about budget parts but here goes

For a work pc inv0olving little more than office you don't need much

I want to see if I can trim the CPU price down more but idk anything about CPUs that low cost.
