Author Topic: I got to go to my first NFL game today, Chicago @ New England. Front row seats!  (Read 2127 times)

A friend of my mom's had season tickets, and he couldn't go to the game, so he gave them to us. Pretty cool opportunity, cause the face value of the tickers were over $200. Poor quality pictures cause my phone's camera is pretty terrible.

National anthem before the game.

Useless cheerleaders!

Bears players leaving the field at halftime.

Jay Cutler sucks.

Our view from the bridge on the way out.

One last view of Gillette stadium before we left.

My ticket. Dat Row: 1.

I was rooting for the Bears, but they got kinda embarrassed. All-in all, it was a really fun day. Except for the $8 Italian sausage that wasn't very good.

Discuss sportsball.

ugh you did not get a picture up the cheerleaders shirt

You got one hell of a game from the pats lol.

I was rooting for the Bears, but the Patriots are my number two, being from Massachusetts. Any other team and I would have been rooting for the Pats.

Patriots are boston (New England of course, meaning city) right?

my roommate is a die hard forgetin bears fan, and we couldn't get the game on tv so we were relying on seeing the scores being shown at the bottom of the screen, and every time he left the room the pats scored again so we would shout to him and he wouldn't believe it, come back, and get even more mad lol

It's weird. They're a Boston team, they're called the New England Patriots, and they're based out of Foxboro, Massachusetts (which is about 30 miles away from Boston).

3 touch downs in 57 seconds of the game lol.

New England isn't a city, it's 6 states, and for some reason it's called new england.

The team actually used to be called the "Boston Patriots" and played at Fenway Park in boston MA until the 60's. They now play in Foxboro MA, in Gillette stadium, as the "New England Patriots."
